Overview

If you love getting into the weeds of Salesforce and making it actually work for the people using it, this is your role. Hands-on configuration, end-to-end system ownership and real deployment that transforms how our clients run their sales and operations.

At Swans, we are assembling a team of "Avengers": implementation specialists who walk into organizations, identify the exact system gaps holding them back, and build solutions that unlock growth.

About Swans

  • Our Company: We are a fast-moving consulting & implementation agency that improves the way US law firms use technology to deliver better services to their clients.

  • Our Team: We're currently an international team of 10 and expect to grow to 30+ in the next 12 months.

  • Our Culture: We are energetic, no-BS, intense, results-oriented, and driven to change our industry forever.

What you'll actually do

Our clients have Salesforce - or need it. Your job is to configure, deploy, and optimize it so it actually gets used and actually drives results. You will own implementations end-to-end: from scoping and design through build, testing, and adoption.

You will work across the core pillars of a Salesforce deployment - custom objects, workflows, automation, reporting, integrations, and user setup - and deliver a system that fits the client's operations, not a generic out-of-the-box setup. You will be the person who gets in, figures out what needs to be built, builds it, and makes sure it sticks.

Day in the life

You are embedded in multiple client engagements at a time. You'll gather requirements, design the configuration, build it out, and work directly with client teams to drive adoption. Each engagement is different, but the through-line is always the same: take a messy, underutilized CRM and turn it into the operational backbone of the business.

You are not a Salesforce trainer or a project manager. You are the person who actually builds the thing.

Why this changes everything for you

If you are a high-performer frustrated by corporate bureaucracy, endless approvals, and career ladders based on tenure, this is your off-ramp. We are an anti-bureaucratic team for ambitious professionals who want their impact measured by results, not by time-in-seat.

If you have been doing Salesforce implementations and love the craft but are tired of bloated teams, slow timelines, and projects that never quite ship - this is your place. You get full ownership of your implementations, a lean team behind you, and clients who will actually feel the difference you make.

What we need

  • Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience - You have personally built and deployed Salesforce environments. You know the platform deeply and can work autonomously across its core features.

  • Implementation mindset - You design for adoption. You do not just configure what the client asks for - you understand the business and build what they actually need.

  • Builder mentality - You take ownership of your projects from scoping to go-live. You do not wait for someone else to unblock you.

  • Autonomy - You can gather requirements, make smart decisions, and deliver without being micromanaged.

  • Curiosity - You stay current on Salesforce updates and adjacent tools and apply new capabilities practically.

  • Communication skills - You can explain what you are building and why to non-technical stakeholders. Client-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Professional English fluency - B2 level at a minimum.

Ideal background

  • 2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and implementation experience

  • Background in any industry is welcome. Experience in professional services, consulting, or agencies is a strong plus, as is prior client-facing experience

  • Ideally configured Salesforce deployments in companies of 50-200 people where you owned your projects end-to-end

  • Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification preferred

  • Experience configuring: custom objects and fields, flows and automation, reports and dashboards, integrations with third-party tools

  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

  • Experience working with integration/automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n) to connect Salesforce to other systems

  • Comfort with REST APIs for integrations

Note: We do not expect candidates to have ALL of the above. We care far more about proven hands-on experience and problem-solving than a perfect checklist.

Portfolio or examples of past implementations preferred - show us something you built, a workflow you designed, or a deployment that drove a real business outcome.

This role will NOT be a fit if

  • You specialize in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC) and are looking for a coding-heavy role

  • You have only worked at the architecture or strategy level without hands-on configuration experience

  • You are looking for a "chill" 40-hour job environment - this role is intense and you will be pushed daily

  • You prefer to be assessed on inputs - this role requires you to own your outputs and your clients' results

  • You need a structured, predictable corporate environment - priorities can shift quickly and we have zero tolerance for bureaucracy or office politics

Location & schedule

  • Fully Remote, with quarterly in-person meetups in locations chosen by popular team vote (potential lineup: USA, Tokyo, Dubai, Bangkok)

  • Flexible schedule, but availability required for client meetings Mon-Fri, morning US hours (afternoon-evening Eastern European Time)

  • We operate in focused 4-week sprints with clear goals and success metrics. You will own concrete outcomes every sprint - configurations live, automations deployed, adoption driven.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary

  • Performance-based bonus & promotion path

  • Flexible benefits

  • Career-defining growth investment: we spent over $200,000 on team development last year - executive coaching, certifications, and training that accelerates your career beyond any traditional path

Our Mission

The legal industry is broken - outdated, overpriced, and structurally rigged against innovation and access. Today, 92% of low-income households cannot afford legal help, and meaningful reform is blocked by laws that prohibit non-lawyers from owning or operating law firms.

Our mission is to change that. By equipping law firms with cutting-edge tech and world-class operations, we will push the industry 10 years forward - delivering faster, better, and more affordable legal services at scale.

Swans Core Values

Value alignment is non-negotiable. Because of the close collaboration with the founding team and the direct impact on clients, it is essential that you genuinely connect with and embody our commitment to our core values:

  • Relentless Excellence: "We pursue mastery in every detail, not for perfection's sake, but because success with our clients and mission requires it."

  • Radical Integrity: "We choose transparency, honesty, and accountability, not for virtue's sake, but because trust is the only way our work succeeds."

  • Sincere Care: "We care enough to anticipate needs and act with empathy and intention, because genuine connection drives everything we build."

Our standards are high - historically, less than 0.5% of candidates possess the rare combination of technical aptitude, client-facing skills, and cultural alignment we require.
