Job DescriptionJob Description:
- Perform full lifecycle development of Salesforce CRM.
- Working in an Agile development environment, should be able to of integrate Salesforce with other internal and external applications.
- Responsible for coordinating and implementing Salesforce product enhancements and defect fixes based on requirement gathering from internal stakeholders to address their Salesforce-related needs.
- Support the both on and offshore Solution Architects in implementing the client’s technical vision.
- Required to participate in and lead the full software development life cycle from Technical design to development, testing and deployment of the client solution.
- Will use Apex and Visualforce to create unique customer based solutions, and participate in the estimation and timeline process.
Responsibilities include:
- Object and relationship modeling
- Creating custom fields of all types
- Creating syntax for Workflow and Validation
- Security modeling
- User management
- Reports and dashboards
- Data management (ETL)
- Triggers
Required Skill:
- 5+ years professional services or technical consulting experience
- 4+ years Salesforce development experience
- Strong development skills and the ability to deliver customer driven solutions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Current Salesforce Developer or Platform Builder I Certification
- Web development skills – HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Preferred Skill:
- Development experience with Java, .Net, JSP/ASP
- Data integration and/or migration experience
- Current Advanced Developer Or Platform Builder II Certification
- Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform Load) tools such as Pervasive Software, Informatica, Ab-Initio, MuleSoft, etc.
