What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

The SFMC Campaign & Email Specialist focuses on the daily operations needed to successfully run our clients' email marketing and SMS campaigns in cooperation with the Campaign Manager. You will build and execute the campaign process, from instruction receipt to file production, with the highest level of accuracy.

The position also involves consulting on coding and troubleshooting HTML email messages and related content in support of our clients' digital marketing programs.

Your main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Communicate effectively with clients to build and execute email and mobile campaigns in the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Traffic campaign assets and maintain calendars, along with communication relating to each campaign, such as due dates, revisions, etc., with both the internal team and clients.

  • Develop complex and customized HTML email code that adheres to industry best practices and brand guidelines, and closely matches the original creative design.

  • Working closely with technical consultants and developers in the configuration, testing, and execution of ad-hoc and automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Coordinate assets between cross-functional teams and departments.

  • Performing quality checks and peer reviews by documenting the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on ad-hoc and automation campaigns.

  • Advise and educate others on the technical aspects of email development and industry best practices.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
  • 12+ months of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in building and executing email/SMS campaigns.

  • Exposure to different campaign management tools in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Content Builder, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Analytics Builder.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS applicable to email development.

  • Light grasp of IT fundamental and database concepts, with the ability to communicate with Technical Consultants and Developers.

  • Detail-oriented, able to identify and fix own bugs, and write quality code and comments.

  • Eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally with other teams while working independently; detail-oriented and execution-focused.

  • Passionate, positive, can-do attitude, able to adapt to any challenge, and willing to take ownership of problems and bring issues to complete resolution.

  • Nice to have: SQL and landing page development.
