Profile: this role is very much a base as a Scrum Master with the addition of Program management in that this person will “oversee” the product and allocate capacity management, oversee the Jira stories, and ensure the team is on task effectively; the selected person will also need to be willing (and able) to put the business analyst hat on and work with teams to build out solutions needed. Blended role of:

  • Salesforce Administration (they will not be tinkering in the tool day to day, but must know the system in order to manage the team and create solutions.
  • Scrum Master
  • Program Manager
  • Business Analyst

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree + 10+ years experience across application development lifecycle, infrastructure engineering, or application hosting
  • Minimum 3+ years as a business analyst
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
  • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Strong working knowledge of Jira for backlog and sprint management
  • Ability to foster a data-driven, structured Agile culture
  • Demonstrated ability to balance team capacity, prioritization, quality, and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks; ability to coach teams in Agile best practices
  • Experience leading multi-functional project or scrum teams on complex, integrated platforms
  • Strong leadership presence with accountability for end-to-end delivery

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration or implementation
