Lead design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce digital commerce solutions. Architect platforms, scope POCs, support sales, migrate/implement projects, provide integration design, governance, and workshops while managing distributed teams.

ITTConnect is seeking a dynamic Salesforce Solution Architect with Mulesoft experience to a client's project team. This person will be a leader of a high-performance, feature-driven technical development team responsible for building enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. This is a contract position with a client that is a US leader in Salesforce consulting, digital transformation, and technology.
Job location: Remote, anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities:
- To deliver the design of complex architectural Digital Commerce platform engagements for our clients.
- Contribute to and maintain a showcase of solutions created on various platforms
- Assist the sales personnel in qualification of customer needs and performing business value assessmen to determine value for clients
- Propose and demo solution options, business cases, prototypes and walk-throughs to all required levels to stakeholders
- Respond to request for information / proposal documents
- Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
- Define business problems/opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets and timelines
- Execute architectural solutions in capacity as a ecommerce services leader, subject matter expert, compliance monitor, and go-to architectural authority on projects scalability.
- Lead the migration and implementation of client projects.
- Deliver educational workshops when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor Computer Science or related degree
- 5+ years work experience in a direct customer facing and implementation delivery role in a Consulting or professional services organization focused on providing digtial ecommerce experience
- Successful recent track record in selling and architecting ecommerce solutions
- Experienced in leading engagements end to end, providing solutions leadership, content and governance to consulting initiatives and projects
- Expert in enterprise level ecommerce platforms (SFCC, SAP Hybris, Magento)

- Business communication skills that help guide project team interactions with clients
- Managing projects and resolving project-related issues
- Self-starter, disciplined, proactive and collaborative
- Mulesoft experience.
- Core Architect experience.
- Strong documentation skills in integration design;
- Prior experience leading and working with geographically dispersed development teams;
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions
