The Salesperson is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally to understand their vehicle needs and preferences 
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing and leasing options 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business 
  • Follow up with prospective buyers via phone, email, and text 
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records 
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets 
  • Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and competitive offerings 
  • Collaborate with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience 
  • Maintain showroom standards and assist with dealership events as needed
     
Qualifications 
  • Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and Holidays 
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Valid California Sales License 
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
