Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer leads 
  • Do follow ups with clients that are interested in a vehicle
  • Set up appointments for customers
  • Help out arranging the lot and make it presentable.
  • Input client info in the system
  • Set up a test drive for clients 
  • Go over the feature of the vehicle 
  • Present products and provide information for clients 
  • Sign purchasing paperwork 
  • Deliver vehicle 
  • Do an after sale follow up call to address if the client has any concern or questions 
  • Attends product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.
  • Keeps up-to-date on new products and services within the industry.
  • Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Attends sales meetings.
  • Maintains professional appearance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to pass background check.
  • Must have good driving record.
  • Must have driver’s license.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Computer systems.

Language Skills

  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in an outside environment.
  • Must be able to drive Vehicles small and big.
  • May have to work in a noisy environment and in inclement weather conditions.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule (opening shifts closing shifts and holydays)
