This is a remote position.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Consultant to drive business process transformation initiatives across SAP S/4HANA Cloud programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, SAP Best Practices, Fit-to-Standard methodology, and business process optimization.

This role will partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, solution architects, and project leadership to assess current-state processes, design future-state solutions, identify process improvements, and ensure alignment with SAP standard capabilities and clean-core principles.

The consultant will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize business value through process standardization, simplification, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & Design
  • Lead business process discovery and Fit-to-Standard workshops.

  • Document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes.

  • Analyze process gaps and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.

  • Drive adoption of SAP Best Practices and standard processes.

  • Challenge customizations and promote clean-core implementation principles.

Process Transformation
  • Design and optimize end-to-end business processes across:

    • Lead-to-Cash (L2C)

    • Source-to-Pay (S2P)

    • Record-to-Report (R2R)

    • Plan-to-Produce (P2P)

    • Project-to-Profit (P2P)

    • Service-to-Cash (S2C)

  • Facilitate cross-functional process alignment and integration.

  • Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives.

Solution Governance
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects.

  • Ensure business requirements align with SAP standard capabilities.

  • Support solution validation and process compliance.

  • Participate in design reviews and process governance activities.

Implementation Support
  • Support SAP Activate implementation methodology.

  • Assist with testing strategy, UAT planning, and business readiness.

  • Support cutover planning and hypercare activities.

  • Help drive user adoption and process stabilization post-go-live.

Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.

  • Support SAP quarterly cloud release impact assessments.

  • Leverage SAP Signavio and process analytics tools where applicable.

  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 10+ years of SAP consulting or business transformation experience.

  • Experience with at least 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise business processes.

  • Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.

  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.

  • Experience documenting process flows, requirements, and business cases.

  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud implementation experience.

  • Experience with:

    • SAP Signavio

    • SAP Best Practices

    • SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC)

    • SAP Solution Manager

    • SAP Cloud ALM

    • SAP Analytics Cloud

  • Business Process Management (BPM) certification.

  • Lean Six Sigma certification.

  • Experience supporting global and multi-country transformation programs.
