KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Change Management Lead to drive organizational readiness, user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation initiatives for SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM), ERP transformation programs, stakeholder communications, training strategy, and business adoption. This role will work closely with executive sponsors, business leaders, project teams, and end users to ensure successful adoption of SAP Cloud solutions and realization of business benefits.

Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for SAP GROW programs.

  • Create change management roadmaps aligned with project objectives, timelines, and business goals.

  • Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.

  • Identify adoption risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful transformation outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans across all levels of the organization.

  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, business leaders, managers, and end users.

  • Facilitate leadership alignment and sponsorship activities.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and support decision-making throughout the transformation journey.

Communications & Training
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.

  • Create key project communications, presentations, newsletters, FAQs, and executive updates.

  • Design and oversee end-user training strategies and learning programs.

  • Coordinate training schedules, materials, and knowledge transfer activities.

  • Support super-user and change champion networks.

Organizational Readiness & Adoption
  • Measure organizational readiness and monitor adoption progress.

  • Develop adoption metrics, success measures, and benefit realization tracking.

  • Support business process transitions aligned with SAP best practices and Fit-to-Standard approaches.

  • Drive user engagement activities before, during, and after go-live.

  • Ensure successful transition to business-as-usual operations.

Program Collaboration
  • Work closely with project managers, business process leads, solution architects, and executive stakeholders.

  • Participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops and transformation planning sessions.

  • Support cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, and hypercare activities.

  • Promote SAP Cloud adoption and Clean Core transformation principles.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or related field.

  • 10+ years of Change Management experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.

  • 3+ years of ERP transformation experience, preferably SAP-related.

  • Proven experience in:

    • Organizational Change Management (OCM)

    • Stakeholder Management

    • Communications Strategy

    • Training & Learning Programs

    • Business Transformation

    • User Adoption & Readiness

  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or Cloud transformation projects.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting SAP GROW or SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementations.

  • Prosci Change Management Certification.

  • SAP Activate methodology knowledge.

  • Experience working with global or multi-country transformation programs.

  • Consulting or System Integrator experience.

  • Experience developing executive communications and leadership engagement strategies.
