Turium AI is seeking an experienced and solution-oriented SAP Concur Consultant to drive automation, integration, and optimization across Concur Expense and Invoice modules. This is a rare opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-powered enterprise transformation — collaborating with AI engineers, product teams, and global clients to streamline financial operations and unlock next-gen capabilities. You’ll design and deploy automated workflows, implement Concur integrations, and enable intelligent processing across complex enterprise environments.

What You’ll Do:

System Design & Integration

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions across SAP Concur Expense and Invoice.
• Integrate SAP Concur with internal systems and third-party platforms via APIs, middleware (e.g., SAP CPI/BTP, Boomi, MuleSoft), or web services.
• Collaborate with AI and data engineering teams to enable automation features like smart approvals, audit logic, and data extraction.

Configuration & Optimization

• Customize Concur policies, workflows, and UI components to meet evolving business needs.
• Lead data migration, system configuration, and UAT testing cycles.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across Concur modules.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain clear documentation for workflows, integrations, and user guidance.
• Work closely with finance, procurement, and compliance teams to align functionality with enterprise standards.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of automation practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with SAP Concur (Expense & Invoice).
• Strong proficiency in Concur APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware tools, and integration methods.
• Experience with workflow automation, security protocols, and enterprise system architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP/S/4HANA and financial process best practices is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in scripting or automation platforms (e.g., PowerShell, Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be available to work AEST/AEDT hours.

• Exposure to large-scale ERP/financial systems and global delivery models.
• Prior work with finance, procurement, or shared services teams.
