The SAP Cutover Manager will lead cutover planning and execution for SAP projects, coordinate activities, manage downtimes, and ensure alignment with project milestones.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead and execute cutover planning and execution activities across complex SAP projects. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP system landscapes, proven experience in managing end-to-end cutover cycles, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the overall SAP cutover plan and timeline.
- Coordinate cutover activities across functional, technical, and business teams.
- Ensure cutover tasks align with project milestones, business requirements, and system readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage system downtimes, data migration schedules, and rollback procedures.
- Conduct cutover rehearsals and dry runs to validate readiness.
- Communicate status updates and issues to leadership and project stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation of all cutover activities for audit and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in SAP project implementations with at least 4 full-cycle SAP cutover executions.
- Deep understanding of SAP modules (e.g., ECC, BW, etc.) and integration points.
- Strong experience in managing data migration, system validation, and release activities.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred
- SAP implementation experience.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
