At Agile Dream Team, We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Specialist to join our team and contribute to the effective management of our human resources processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support SAP HR modules, including Employee Self Service (ESS), Manager Self Service (MSS), Payroll, Time Management.
  • Organizational Management (OM), Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Benefits Administration. 
  • Develop and maintain HR workflows, including those related to OM and HR forms. Integrate SAP HR with external systems, such as NeoGov and the State Employee Benefits Board (SEBB).
  • Provide daily support for payroll operations and resolve related issues.
  • Utilize Fiori for HCM and implement improvements.
  • Link information from Qualifications Catalog to Talent Management. Manage FMLA workbench processes. Address and resolve concurrent employment issues.
  • Support integration with WA Health Care Authority (HCA).

 Key Requirements:

      • 6+ years of experience
      • Proven experience in SAP HCM module implementation and support. 
      • Strong understanding of HR business processes.
      • Experience with Fiori for HCM, Payroll, and Time Management.
      • Knowledge of integration with external systems (e.g., NeoGov, SEBB).
      • Experience with OM, HR workflow, Compensation, Recruitment, Performance Management, and Benefits Administration.
      • Experience with FMLA workbench. Experience with concurrent employment issues.
