are seeking an exceptional, self-driven candidate to join our client’s team in
the role of a Senior SAP Logistics Functional Consultant.
As an integral part of our client’s organization, the ideal
candidate will possess a unique set of skills and qualities that align with the
dynamic and evolving needs of the SAP Logistics program in the areas of Material/Inventory
Management, MRP, Plant Maintenance, Enterprise Asset Management, Purchasing,
and Contracts.
The person in this role will have experience with Transit
Enterprise Reporting Systems using SAP Analytic Cloud.
You will be responsible to interface programs between SAP
and other applications such as:
• Trapeze Ops
• CAD/AVL
• ACS – Mileage
• Hydrogen
• Ubisense
Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of the Procure to Pay
business process.
• Extensive knowledge of the Materials
Management/Inventory Management business process
• Extensive knowledge of the Plant Maintenance
business process
• Production support experience for P2P, MM, PM
• Experience configuring for P2P, MM, PM (i.e. doc
type, release strategy, physical inventory tolerance, material master, order
type, technical objects, etc.)
• Experience with Governance, Risk, Compliance
(GRC) and evaluating existing and new authorization requests.
• Experience with Support Pack upgrade process
(i.e., scripting, tasking, testing, etc.)
• Experience creating functional and training
documentation for business users.
• Experience interpreting business requirements
and creating functional specs for developers.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to manage several work streams in
parallel.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and
deliver either standard or custom solutions.
• Ability to problem solve and think critically.
