The Opportunity
As a SAP Program Manager - Senior Associate, you will lead the charge in overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects, working closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress. Within our Finance Technology - SAP Core ERP practice, you will coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders to deliver successful SAP solutions, enabling clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic goals.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC, you will leverage your skills in analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Your ability to interpret data and inform insights will be crucial in driving client success and enhancing business application consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing large-scale SAP implementation projects to align with strategic objectives
- Collaborating with business leaders and technical teams to define project goals and develop comprehensive project plans
- Allocating resources effectively and monitoring project progress to mitigate risks and validate timely delivery
- Coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders to facilitate successful delivery of SAP solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking and program management skills to enhance project integration and execution
- Employing Agile methodology and project management software to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder communications to support project alignment and goal achievement
- Conducting program reviews and status reporting to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Supporting cross-functional team coordination to foster collaboration and drive project success
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Utilizing Agile Methodology for efficient project management
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Project Management
- Excelling in cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Navigating complex business environments with analytical thinking
- Developing business case strategies for finance technology solutions
- Managing program capacity building and continuous process improvement
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
