KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition) implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing SAP Cloud ERP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and SAP Activate methodology experience to drive successful cloud transformation initiatives for global clients.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end SAP GROW implementation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.

  • Ensure project delivery aligns with agreed scope, quality standards, and client expectations.

  • Manage multiple workstreams including functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and change management activities.

  • Coordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, SAP resources, and third-party partners.

Governance & Stakeholder Management
  • Establish project governance structures and reporting mechanisms.

  • Conduct regular project status meetings, steering committee presentations, and executive updates.

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all project levels.

  • Track project performance using key metrics and success indicators.

  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project issues and risks.

Risk & Quality Management
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Monitor project health and proactively address schedule, resource, or budget challenges.

  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and implementation best practices.

  • Oversee project quality assurance and delivery governance processes.

  • Support change control and scope management activities.

SAP GROW Implementation Support
  • Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and project planning sessions.

  • Coordinate testing, training, deployment, and cutover activities.

  • Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.

  • Ensure successful transition from implementation to post-go-live support.

  • Promote SAP best practices and Clean Core principles throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of project management experience, including SAP implementation projects.

  • 3+ years of experience managing SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP Cloud ERP projects.

  • Strong experience with:

    • SAP GROW

    • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

    • SAP Activate Methodology

    • Agile and Hybrid Delivery Models

    • Risk and Issue Management

    • Project Governance

    • Stakeholder Management

  • Proven ability to manage distributed and global project teams.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • SAP Activate Project Manager Certification.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition experience.

  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) projects.

  • Experience managing multi-country or global ERP deployments.

  • Consulting or system integrator background.
