KATBOTZ LLC is looking for a results-driven SAP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation, upgrade, or support projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and compliance with governance frameworks. This role requires deep SAP domain knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex project environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage SAP projects across various modules (S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, resource allocations, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, functional experts, developers, and external vendors.
  • Ensure effective communication between business users, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining project integrity.
  • Facilitate issue resolution, risk mitigation, and escalation management.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, status meetings, and steering committee updates.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, compliance requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Support training, documentation, and post-implementation review activities to ensure knowledge transfer and user adoption.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience managing SAP projects in implementation, rollout, or upgrade scenarios.
  • Proven experience in handling projects involving SAP modules such as S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Fiori, Analytics, or Cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycles, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and tools (MS Project, JIRA, SAP Activate).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and reporting.
  • SAP certification in Project Management (e.g., SAP Activate, PMP) is preferred.
