KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Solution Architect with a hybrid technical and functional skill set to lead enterprise-level SAP implementations and transformations. The ideal candidate will design and oversee scalable, integrated SAP solutions across multiple modules and platforms, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This role requires deep expertise in SAP’s technical architecture along with strong domain knowledge to guide strategy, drive adoption, and ensure seamless solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions addressing complex business challenges across multiple lines of business.
  • Translate functional requirements into robust technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business strategy and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and leadership to understand requirements and recommend best-fit SAP solutions.
  • Define integration strategies, data architecture, security models, and deployment frameworks across SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, Analytics, Cloud, etc.).
  • Provide architectural guidance on hybrid environments involving on-premise and cloud-based SAP products such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, etc.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver architectural designs, implementation roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
  • Support development teams by reviewing design documents, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.
  • Drive solution scalability, performance optimization, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and documentation to build architectural awareness and governance practices.
  • Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and compliance requirements to safeguard enterprise deployments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture with hands-on technical and functional exposure.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing solutions in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, and related technologies.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, HR, and other domains.
  • Expertise in integration patterns, data migration strategies, API-led architecture, and cloud-based SAP solutions.
  • Experience with security, authorization models, transport management, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • SAP certifications in architecture, S/4HANA, or related technologies are highly desirable.

  • Ability to mentor and coach teams at different levels.
