At NVIDIA, our work in accelerated computing and AI is transforming global industries—from deep learning and medicine to automotive design and space exploration. We are looking for a diligent, analytical, and proactive Scheduling Analyst to join our Business Operations team.
 

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing order commitments and optimizing Available-to-Promise (ATP) processes for global hardware shipments. You will ensure timely deliveries and drive supply chain efficiency, directly impacting NVIDIA’s operational success!
 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partner with Demand Planners to evaluate supply availability, schedule order backlog, and optimize shipment timelines

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to analyze customer forecasts, adjust schedules, and address evolving demand

  • Evaluate supply/demand scenarios to develop and carry out effective allocation plans

  • Maintain and refine key operational KPIs, metrics, and tools; build new reports to drive continuous process improvements

  • Lead and participate in scheduling improvement initiatives with key U.S. interested parties

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of supply chain management experience in Semiconductor industry

  • Hands-on experience with SAP scheduling functions

  • Strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

  • SAP/APO experience

  • A proactive approach with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions for complex supply chain challenges

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 143,750 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
