This is a remote position.
Role: Scrum Master with SAFe 6.0 & Azure DevOps
Location: 90% REMOTE – will require quarterly travel for PI planning. Either Louisville, KY or Allentown, PA or Providence, RI
Duration: 6+ Months
Job Description:
Need to have SAFe 6.0, ideally has done over 10 PI plannings and must have strong ADO experience.
If we can find somebody in the utilities industry that has worked on one of the three initiatives below that would be great, but not absolutely necessary.
There are three new SM’s to support these initiatives:
Initiative One: In Field Value Stream support the implementation of Electric Work Management. Areas include managing multiple teams consisting of implementation / upgrades of vendor systems supporting GIS, mobile apps for field workers, metering systems as well as integrations to SAP (ERP/Customer Systems). The teams are newer to Agile and using a hybrid approach. Program Management experience would be a plus.
Initiative Two: In Grid and Pipe Value Stream supporting implementation of Generation. Areas include managing two teams implementing IBM Maximo in the cloud and Sunet GOA. Heavily vendor focus. The teams are from KY and using a hybrid approach.
Initiative Three: In Customer Value Stream supporting External Portal apps used by contractors and other agencies. Areas include RI Outage map project.
Looking for the standard strong in Scrum SAFe, Scrum-Kanban, ADO, Dependency mgt, Escalations and Urgency. Helpful to have vendor implementation / interface experience.
