  • Drive PI and sprint planning sessions to define scope, establish release plans, and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals and PI OKRs.
  • Facilitate estimation of epics and stories in Agile tools, enabling accurate planning and predictability.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to foster Agile maturity, empowering teams toward continuous improvement and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Manager.
  • Strong expertise in facilitating Agile events, including sprint ceremonies and PI planning.
  • Proven experience in backlog management, dependency management, and aligning delivery scope with business objectives.
  • Solid understanding of Agile planning, estimation practices, and usage of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver high-value outcomes in fast-paced environments.

We Offer

  • Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.

  • Growth Mindset: reap the benefits of a range of professional development opportunities, including certification programs, mentorship and talent investment programs, internal mobility and internship opportunities.
  • Global Impact: collaborate on impactful projects for top global clients and shape the future of industries.
  • Welcoming Multicultural Environment: be a part of a dynamic, global team and thrive in an inclusive and supportive work environment with open communication and regular team-building company social events.
  • Social Sustainability Values: join our sustainable business practices focused on five pillars, including IT education, community empowerment, fair operating practices, environmental sustainability, and gender equality.
