Sales Development Representatives are focused on helping customers be successful in their Atlassian cloud Journey. As a Content Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for the sales plays and campaigns of the SDR organization. You will be an individual contributor with the strategic goal to run effective campaigns that exceed revenue expectations.

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $149,400 - $195,050
Zone B: $135,000 - $176,250
Zone C: $124,200 - $162,150
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

- Align content with sales goals, product positioning, and buyer personas.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create content for specific campaigns & sequence strategies.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from content performance and sales reps to refine content and messaging.
- Leverage customer research, persona insights, and performance data to optimize content effectiveness.
- Define success metrics, analyze performance, and continuously refine content strategy to maximize campaign ROI
Your background
- 10+ years of experience in Software company with Sales Analytics, Sales Effectiveness, Product Marketing, or Marketing Analytics roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience working on cross-team projects, engaging with Sales, Product, Support and other team
