We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Manager (SDR Manager) to lead and scale our sales development function. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who has a strong background in field marketing and outbound sales, along with proven expertise in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing SDR teams.

As an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel growth by developing effective outbound strategies, aligning closely with marketing and sales teams, and ensuring the consistent generation of qualified sales opportunities. You will play a key role in refining outreach processes, improving team performance, and contributing to the organization's revenue growth.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives to consistently achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Design and execute outbound sales strategies targeting enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers across multiple industries.
  • Collaborate with the field marketing team to plan and execute regional campaigns, events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives that generate qualified leads.
  • Establish sales outreach frameworks, messaging strategies, and prospecting best practices across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Monitor SDR performance through KPIs such as meetings booked, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and activity metrics.
  • Coach team members through regular one-on-one sessions, call reviews, and performance feedback to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead qualification and handoff processes.
  • Build scalable outbound playbooks and continuously optimize workflows using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to maximize conversion rates and operational efficiency.
  • Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong experience in Field Marketing, including campaign execution, regional events, demand generation, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Extensive expertise in Outbound Sales, including cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, account-based outreach, and pipeline generation.
  • Proven experience managing and coaching SDR or Business Development teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, lead qualification frameworks, and pipeline management.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and improve sales performance through data-driven decisions.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and multi-channel prospecting strategies.
  • Experience selling SaaS, technology products, or B2B enterprise solutions.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and campaign analytics.
  • Exposure to international markets and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline. An MBA is an added advantage.
  • 3–15 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Outbound Sales, or Sales Management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading outbound teams and consistently exceeding pipeline generation targets.
