Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Cynet, you are the front line of our channel growth strategy. You will open doors, shape first impressions, and set the foundation for long-term partner relationships.

What will you do
  • Own and expand a defined portfolio of MSP and MSSP partners.
  • Develop joint business plans with CAM's and PAM's that drive recurring revenue growth.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across partner customer bases.
  • Run quarterly business reviews and pipeline planning sessions.
  • Serve as the voice of the partner inside Cynet.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partner Success, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
  • Identify and engage MSP and MSSP prospects across North America.
  • Run structured outbound sequences across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify business and technical fit.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for Partner Acquisition Managers and Channel Account Managers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting.
  • Consistently exceed monthly activity and opportunity targets.
You are
  • 1–3 years experience in outbound sales, SDR, or BDR roles.
  • High comfort with cold outreach and objection handling.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, MSPs, or SaaS preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
