Job Responsibilities
- Manage the technical design and development of Quote To Cash (Q2C) process
- Opportunity, Quote, Product & Pricing, Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Assets and Invoice
- Contact Center
- Case/Incident Management
- Manage a globally distributed development team delivering high quality builds, on budget and on time.
- Manage the build/test/release plan for Q2C process
- Communicate accurate status to PMO and Executive management and use the escalation processes to address risks and resolution
- Collaborate with a team of business systems analysts and other engineering managers to deliver end to end business processes and flows (Quote to Cash)
- Expereince in MACD process
