We’re searching for a 3D Motion Designer with strong artistic instincts, technical expertise, and a passion for creating dramatic, polished, high-end visuals. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, editors, copy writers, and producers to bring concepts to life through sophisticated 3D animation and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conceptualize, design, and animate 3D and 2D motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product visuals, social content, brand films, and educational media.
  • Create realistic textures, lighting setups, and detailed environments that elevate the overall visual identity of our brand.
  • Work within Cinema 4D and After Effects to produce polished, high-impact visuals.
  • Work with our creative team, including art directors, designers, motion designers and video editors, to develop cohesive visual stories.
  • Interpret briefs and contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and development phases.
  • Maintain organized project files, efficient workflows, and version control.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and adapt to feedback quickly and positively.
  • Monitor performance of creative assets and evolve designs based on data, insights, and testing outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Key Competencies

  • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, 3D animation, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Cinema 4D and Adobe After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering workflows—especially for creating realistic surfaces and dramatic visual aesthetics.
  • Experience working in-house or within a creative/advertising agency environment.
  • A collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for being part of a full creative team.
  • Strong typography instincts and solid video editing abilities (Premiere, Resolve, or similar) are a plus.
  • A portfolio that showcases polished 3D motion work, monumental visuals, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Redshift, Octane, Blender or other rendering engines.
  • Awareness of financial or trading industry visuals (not required).
  • Experience producing assets for social, broadcast, and digital campaigns.

New Hire Base Salary Range

  • $120,000-140,000
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
  • The compensation offered will take into account internal compensation structure and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
