OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox Corporation

Under the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the world’s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Red Seat Ventures partners with the world's top creators across multiple genres to grow and monetize their content — through advertising, subscription, live events, and beyond. We take a multiplatform approach spanning podcasting, video, FAST, and more, backed by our own proprietary tech stack including Supercast (subscription) and Speakeasy (hosting, distribution, and monetization).

Named after Ted Williams' longest home run at Fenway Park, RSV was built with a simple mandate: swing for the fences. Today, we're the fastest-growing creator network, backed by Tubi Media Group and Fox Corporation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Red Seat Ventures is seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Senior Account Executive to drive podcast and digital media sales for some of the most recognized names in the creator marketplace. This role spans across multiple platforms—including Podcast, YouTube, and Social Media—offering a unique opportunity to work with high-profile creators and innovative brands.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive business development by identifying and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across advertising agencies and brands.

  • Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations that clearly articulate value and drive incremental revenue.

  • Prospect and pitch new business, expanding Red Seat Ventures’ footprint and share of client advertising budgets.

  • Sell various ad formats, including host-read endorsements, Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI), video, and custom branded content integrations.

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach and proposal creation through negotiation, closing, and post-sale account management.

  • Ensure flawless campaign execution, overseeing all aspects of delivery, reporting, and client satisfaction.

  • Create custom marketing and media solutions that align with client goals and optimize results across multiple platforms.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 7-10 years of experience in national audio or digital media sales, with established relationships at major agency holding companies and direct clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategically manage high-value accounts and negotiate complex, multi-platform partnerships.
  • Deep relationships with direct clients as well as audio and digital buyers at major agencies.
  • Understanding of the media landscape and evolving advertising ecosystem, including data-driven sales, branded content, and creator monetization models.
  • Expertise in podcast performance and attribution selling, with a deep understanding of network targeting and the evolving programmatic advertising landscape
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and representing Red Seat Ventures in high-profile industry conversations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of leveraging insights to drive performance and innovation.
  • Passion for storytelling, content, and the creator economy, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented drive.
