About Perry Weather

Perry Weather helps organizations with outdoor and weather-exposed operations reduce the safety and operational risk caused by severe weather, lightning, and heat. We work with leading operators across energy, manufacturing, mining, industrial, transportation, professional sports, entertainment, aviation, and F&B to keep people safe and operations running when conditions turn dangerous.

We're at the center of a major shift in how organizations manage weather risk. With OSHA moving toward heat-stress standards and companies prioritizing modern safety practices, reliable weather intelligence is becoming a core operational requirement, not a nice to have. It's a rare chance to join a company trusted by leaders across multiple industries at the exact moment the market is accelerating.

About The Role

As a Senior Account Executive on our Emerging Markets team at Perry Weather, you'll drive growth by helping customers across a range of industries understand their weather exposure and adopt tools that improve safety and operations. You'll work closely with GTM, product, and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities, sharpen discovery, and help shape products that deliver real value in the field.

What you'll do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across a multi-vertical territory spanning energy, manufacturing, mining, industrial, transportation, professional sports, entertainment, aviation, and data centers. You'll have strong support from marketing

  • Develop territory plans that prioritize high-risk, high-value accounts where weather exposure drives real operational and safety cost

  • Run sharp discovery across a range of buyer types, from EHS and safety leaders to operations, loss prevention, and executive stakeholders

  • Build strong relationships with safety directors, operations leaders, and executive sponsors at target accounts

  • Hunt net-new business while identifying the significant expansion opportunities that exist within nearly every account you close

  • Attend industry events and trade shows, and travel on-site for larger deals where in-person presence moves the sale

  • Work with marketing on territory campaigns and with product teams to share feedback from the field

Requirements

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of sales experience selling into operational or safety-driven buyers (energy, manufacturing, industrial, transportation, or similar B2B environments strongly preferred)

  • A track record of closing net-new business with complex operational buyers across multiple industries

  • Comfortable running discovery with EHS, operations, loss prevention, and executive stakeholders and building trust quickly

  • Willingness to travel for trade shows and planned on-site sales visits, particularly for larger deals

  • Strong territory planning, pipeline management, and deal strategy across a diverse account base

  • High personal accountability, strong communication skills, and confidence in leading customer conversations

Benefits
  • Casual work environment. We're located in the vibrant Dallas Oak Lawn neighborhood. As a note, our team is in office M-F!

  • Comprehensive benefits. We offer competitive health insurance plans, 401(k) with employer matching, and a suite of voluntary benefits.

  • Engaging culture. Monthly All-Hands, fun events like Office Olympics, lunch-and-learns, happy hours, and more.

  • Grow with us. We're growing rapidly, and yet we have a massive amount of work and opportunity ahead.
