Following the establishment of Minitab’s new Canadian entity, we are expanding our presence in Canada with this newly created role. This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage of our growth in the market, build strategic enterprise relationships, and help shape Minitab’s continued success across Canada.

As an enterprise sales professional at Minitab, you’ll engage senior quality, operations, and digital transformation leaders on initiatives that matter at the highest level: reducing enterprise-wide variation, accelerating continuous improvement, and scaling best practices globally.

Our portfolio supports organizations at every stage of maturity—from foundational data collection to advanced solutions like statistical process control (SPC) and process digital twins that model, predict, and optimize complex manufacturing systems.

You won’t be selling one-off software licenses. You’ll be building multi-year, multi-site partnerships rooted in measurable operational outcomes. Minitab’s 50 YEAR credibility in manufacturing, through the widespread deployment of our Six Sigma & Lean manufacturing solutions opens doors, while our expanding platform creates meaningful expansion opportunities across the enterprise.

Who are we seeking?

  • You are intellectually curious and seek to uncover your customer’s unique business problems that lead to a winning outcome for both Minitab and our customers.
  • You are passionate about delivering on your goals and objectives, winning deals and have a consistent track record of 100%+ achievement on your assigned quotas.
  • You are highly skilled in value-based selling of complex software solutions to enterprise accounts (1B+) over 6-9 month sales cycles.
  • You have mastered how to manage your time and effectively manage your territory while working collaboratively to resolve conflicts and ensure follow through to drive software license, maintenance and services revenue
  • 50% Travel
