About lemlist

lemlist is the AI-powered sales engagement platform helping sales teams build pipeline smarter, not harder.

Bootstrapped from day one, we’ve grown from 0 to $50M+ ARR in 8 years without raising a single dollar. Today, 40,000+ sales teams use lemlist to book more meetings and close more deals.

We’re building the next generation of outbound: AI-first, multi-channel, highly personalized, and deeply integrated into the way modern sales teams work.

And we’re just getting started.

🎯 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive outbound growth in the US corporate market.

You’ll be focused on closing mid-market deals ($20K–$100K ACV) by targeting companies with 200 to 1,000 employees, primarily with sales teams of 10 to 50 people.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth SaaS company transitioning from a pure PLG model to building a high-performance outbound sales engine in the US.

You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – with a heavy focus on outbound motion.

🧠 What You’ll Do
  • Own and drive the full outbound sales cycle (from outreach to close) targeting mid-market US companies leveraging lemlist (yes, we use our own tools – "eat your own dog food" mindset)

  • Customize outreach with high relevance to vertical and persona

  • Providing to our prospect a A+ level buying experience through consultative selling

  • Negotiate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and drive urgency

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and founders to iterate on messaging, positioning, and processes

📊 What Success Looks Like

In your first 3 months, you will:

  • Ramp up product knowledge and lead high-quality demos

  • Build a strong outbound pipeline and close initial deals

  • Contribute immediate revenue impact

In your first 12 months, you will:

  • Consistently hit or exceed your quota

  • Become a product expert and strategic advisor to prospects

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and generate referrals

  • Influence go-to-market strategy and shape our US sales playbook

What We’re Looking For
  • 4–8 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in a closing role (AE, Sr. AE, or similar)

  • Strong track record in outbound selling and hunting new business

  • Proven ability to close deals in the $20K–$100K+ range

  • Experience selling to the corporate world and navigating multi-threaded deals

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – you thrive in fast-moving, self-starter environments

  • US-based, or significant experience selling into the US market

  • Familiarity or interest in the sales tech space is a big plus

⚙️ Our Process
  1. Screening interview with Victoire TA Team Lead

  2. Interview with Garrett, Sales Director NAM

  3. Live Business case to showcase your outbound skills and approach

  4. Interview with our Head of Sales (Yann)

  5. Final interview with our CEO (Charles)

🌍 Why Join lemlist
  • Work with a product-led, profitable SaaS company growing fast

  • Be part of a tight-knit, ambitious team that values autonomy and impact

  • Remote-friendly culture with strong ownership and collaboration

  • Competitive compensation & uncapped commissions

  • Access to all our tools and brand to supercharge your outreach

If you’re excited to build and scale outbound sales in a thriving, high-ownership environment, we want to hear from you.
