Hypernative is the leading security company in the Web3 space, providing proactive threat detection and mitigation for DeFi projects, blockchains, asset managers, and crypto exchanges.
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to grow our US presence. This is a high-impact role for a senior sales professional with strong Web3 domain knowledge and the ability to build strategic, long-term customer relationships.
As a Senior Account Executive, US, you will own customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US market, working with both DeFi and CeFi organizations.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business across the US, targeting institutional clients, exchanges, protocols, blockchains, and financial institutions entering Web3.
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and ongoing account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in DeFi and CeFi organizations.
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Become a trusted product expert and clearly position Hypernative as a critical security and risk mitigation solution.
- Represent Hypernative at US-based industry events and conferences.
- 3+ years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or fintech sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of DeFi, CeFi, and institutional blockchain adoption.
- Proven experience closing complex, consultative sales deals.
- Established network within the US crypto and Web3 ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, ownership-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
