About The Team

Our team is dedicated to maximizing the value and success of our advertisers and agency partners. We bridge the gap between client business goals and our advanced native advertising solutions by driving post-sales campaign optimization, retention, and long-term revenue growth. Through close collaboration with Sales, Ad Operations, and Product teams, we translate real-time performance data and client feedback into actionable insights that continuously evolve our advertising ecosystem and platform capabilities.

About The Role

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for net-new advertisers — building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry networks, and agency relationships, then qualifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing

  • Prospect and develop new advertiser relationships across target industries and verticals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and onboarding.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across brands, agencies, and marketing organizations.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business objectives, challenges, and marketing goals.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new-account and revenue targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

Minimum requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, advertising, digital media, ad technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
  • Demonstrated experience closing new business and managing existing customer relationships 
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close and onboarding.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Nice to have experiences/skills

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, media, marketing, or performance marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand a client's business objectives and translate them into effective advertising solutions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple prospects, clients, and priorities.

  • Compensation range: $127,000to $200,000 base salary, plus bonus
