What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team weekly, monthly, and annual targets

  • Manage the full sales cycle from a named account territory including: prospecting, managing the sales funnel, running discovery, product demos, qualifying and closing deals

  • Manage in-depth finance conversations and objections with Founders and CFOs

  • Nurture your closed lost pipeline effectively and align to customer capital needs

  • Selling across the US with a focus on SMB to mid-market ecommerce businesses

  • Track leads and sales metrics - experiment with different outreach approaches and use data to identify those that work best

  • Act as a true partner for each client by understanding their business goals, key initiatives to achieve those goals, and how Clearco funding will help drive these desired results

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Founder Success, Diligence, Risk, Product, and Engineering to maximize value for our clients

  • Continue to be a subject matter expert on alternative and traditional finance options, ecommerce trends, and top verticals

About you:

  • Have 3+ years of selling experience working with Ecommerce businesses, ideally selling into the Finance Function

  • Have a track record prospecting new business and driving deals to closure

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Are a creative thinker that is willing to go above and beyond expectations for customers

  • Are a self-starter who can hold yourself accountable

  • Bring a collaborative, can-do attitude and resourcefulness to close deals

  • Are competitive and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Are consistently focused on improving your financial, business, and sales acumen

  • Are analytical, everything we do is based on data

  • Have strong negotiation skills
