We're seeking a high-energy, experienced Account Manager to build and grow strategic partnerships with leading enterprise ISVs. You will lead a set of strategic accounts and help partners accelerate, integrate, promote, and sell AI-powered solutions embedded with NVIDIA technologies. The ideal candidate brings a blend of AI proficiency, technical credibility, enterprise ecosystem, and sales expertise to turn ISV integrations into scalable revenue and platform adoption. The role calls for solid expertise in enterprise software and AI. It requires building consensus with senior decision makers and working closely with technical leaders, architects, developers, data scientists, category managers, and buyers inside and outside NVIDIA.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own account strategy, sales pipeline & forecasting, executive engagement, and business outcomes for a select portfolio of enterprise ISVs.

  • Build positive relationships with C-level executives, product leaders, architects, developers, data scientists, IT leaders, and decision-makers.

  • Accelerate ISV adoption of NVIDIA tools, SDKs, libraries, frameworks, models, blueprints/reference architectures, and AI acceleration technologies across ISV platforms.

  • Translate NVIDIA platform capabilities into clear business value, differentiated partner solutions, and measurable revenue opportunities.

  • Develop joint GTM plans with ISVs, hyper-scalers, OEMs, and ecosystem partners to promote and sell embedded NVIDIA-powered solutions.

  • Collaborate with NVIDIA solution architects, engineering, product management, product marketing, business units, developer relations, and enterprise sales to remove barriers and scale impact.

  • Evangelize the use of NVIDIA's platform, products, and technologies to your customers and partners.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 12+ years in enterprise software sales, strategic account management, ISV ecosystem development, partner management, developer relations, or related technology roles.

  • Understanding of enterprise AI and agentic systems, including LLMs, RAG/grounding, inference, AI-native architectures, agentic harness/runtimes required for safe enterprise deployment.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision (both written and verbal) and influence cross-functionally.

  • Experience with enterprise software, SaaS, AI platforms, ISV ecosystems, open-source software business models, and/or developer sales motions.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent advanced business or technical experience.

  • Experience driving AI adoption with enterprise ISVs, AI-native companies, hyper-scalers, OEMs, or strategic ecosystem partners.

  • Familiarity with NVIDIA AI software, Omniverse, CUDA-X libraries, Riva, or related AI infrastructure.

  • Background in enterprise SaaS, open-source software, AI/ML consulting, technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or developer ecosystem growth.

  • Strong executive presence, political savvy, and a track record of building repeatable co-sell motions.

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
