MISSION:
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of research projects, ensuring timely execution, data integrity, and insightful analysis. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, designing research solutions, and providing actionable recommendations based on findings. As a key member of the research team, the Senior Account Manager collaborates with
internal teams, oversees fieldwork, and ensures that projects meet Ipsos's high standards of quality and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clients
• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with clients and internal teams
• Develop research proposals and methodologies tailored to client needs
People
• Work effectively with senior members of the team and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with Ipsos internal HR processes
Research
• Assist in drafting the outline of complex proposal independently
• Manage and produce the preparation of client reports, presentations, and data visualizations
Finances
• Monitor progress at all project stages, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost efficiency
Communication
• Choose the appropriate communication style and method for the message and audience. Communicate clearly and objectively – written and spoken

Profile
• Requires 5-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Knowledge of research methodologies & techniques, risk assessment, and financial acumen is necessary
• Knowledge of statistics (all bivariate and multivariate analyses from the questionnaire/discussion guide design, briefing DS, interpretation and analysis of results). Insight in sampling and methodologies (knowing what to use when and how) and analyses (first insights and conclusions from data and results)
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Fluency in English
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and basic knowledge in SPSS
