What began over 30 years ago with our work in computer graphics has evolved to address some of the most important technological trends the world has ever seen. From gaming to AI and from self-driving cars to supercomputers, we approach all of our work and exploration with a common philosophy: focus on the hardest problems that only we can solve. We’re enabling the most demanding computer users in the world — scientists, designers, artists, and gamers — to do their life’s work. Our computers let them create and see the future. To them, NVIDIA has built a time machine. At NVIDIA, we work, think and learn as a team. We thrive in an environment that’s like no place you’ve ever worked and we're motivated by a culture that demands innovation and the highest standards. The rewards are sweet, and include collaborating with some of the brightest people in the industry and the opportunity to work on products that are reinventing the way people work and play!

The Senior Account Program Manager is a member of NVIDIA’s Creative Operations team. You will drive the day-to-day communications and operations between the Creative staff and NVIDIA’s business units, ultimately accountable for timely delivery of quality creative product to internal clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a requirement, as well as the ability to juggle many moving parts under aggressive schedules. This role will require that you drive and prioritize multiple campaign initiatives including, but not limited to: email, print, social media, mobile apps, events, video, 3D, motion graphics, online banners, and microsites/web sites. You should be able to work under a minimal amount of supervision and act as a problem solver. An interest for AI-driven tools and a willingness to incorporate them into workflows to improve efficiency and insight is highly valued.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead communications with internal clients and other cross-functional teams to help flesh out the project scope, including campaign objectives, strategy and insights, deliverable requirements, and metrics

  • Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks and risks to ensure successful, on-time delivery.

  • Be accountable for shepherding projects from initial briefing to on-time delivery – including scope of work, project plans, scheduling, resource allocation, reviews, ongoing status updates, quality assurance and archiving

  • Closely align with internal partners to provide top-notch service to internal collaborators, set expectations on day-to-day workflow, and seek out details on potential campaigns for resource forecasts

  • Coordinate with external contractors as needed

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years project management (high tech industry preferred)

  • Proven track record of managing high-volume, deadline-driven projects with multiple internal customers

  • Highly collaborative style capable of building and maintaining positive relationships across departments; effectively building consensus and resolving complex issues within the project team. Experience escalating issues, making trade-offs, balancing the business need versus other constraints to maximize business benefit.

  • Agency experience preferred; you love working with creative personalities

  • Strong analytical, digital marketing, and project management skill. Relentless attention to detail; able to prioritize tasks in order to meet strict deadlines

  • Ability to look at a large-scale program at macro level and clearly communicate deliverables across a cross-functional team

  • Familiarity with creative, multimedia and web development processes and file formats

  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with people at all levels. Team oriented; capable of working effectively in a matrix organization, and autonomously

  • A genuine interest or experience with AI tools (e.g., project tracking, automation platforms, data analysis tools) and a willingness to integrate them into day-to-day workflows

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
