Our role is to support growth while ensuring the company is built on a strong, scalable foundation—enabling new products and global expansion while maintaining high standards for accuracy, controls, and transparency. As the business evolves, the team plays a critical role in bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to complex financial and operational decisions, helping ensure the company is well-positioned for its next phase of growth.

  • Execute month-end close activities, including variance analysis and reconciliations across BS and IS accounts

  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of the digital asset ledger across multiple entities

  • Build scalable reconciliation frameworks that support the month-end close, external audit, and regulatory requirements

  • Develop repeatable processes and checklists to support growth and operational scale

  • Ensure intercompany accounts are properly reconciled and in consolidation

  • Perform revaluation and translation for international subsidiaries on a monthly basis

  • Analyze revenue contracts to ensure they are appropriately accounted for under ASC 606

  • Ensure invoices are accurate and billed to customers in a timely manner

  • Provide support for special projects, system implementations, and acquisition integrations

You are likely to succeed if you have:
  • 3–5 years of accounting or finance experience

  • Proven ability to improve processes, drive automation, and enhance operational efficiency

  • Strong command of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606

  • Experience working with large datasets and complex reconciliations

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a remote-first, high-growth environment
