We are CREtelligent.

What happens when you combine comprehensive property data sources, predictive analytics, cutting edge commercial real estate technology and a talented team ready to disrupt a multi-trillion-dollar industry? Put simply, you get CREtelligent.

We are innovators.

With a wide range of innovative end-to-end solutions, we are revolutionizing commercial real estate (CRE) due diligence to the financial, commercial real estate, and banking industries. Through our RADIUS platform, we deliver environmental site assessments, property condition assessments, valuations, zoning reports, and surveys to lenders, brokers, and investors across the country. We are private equity backed and growing, and our finance team runs an AI-native operating model: Claude handles much of the mechanical work so our people can focus on judgment, relationships, and exceptions.

Who We’re Looking For

Our receivables book is growing faster than our capacity to work it. This role is the second senior person in our AR function, working alongside our Accounts Receivable Manager with a direct book of our most complex receivables and ownership of department process projects.

This is not a standard net 30 collections seat. Most of our invoices are tied to commercial real estate transaction closings, so payment timing follows deal events rather than calendar terms. Managing the book well means tracking deal and closing status, coordinating with title, escrow, and client contacts, timing follow-up to events instead of dates, and keeping a high volume of open items organized. The right person treats collections as project management, and understands that in a professional services business, leverage lives at the front end of the lifecycle, before the work product is delivered. If you have collected in commercial real estate, title or escrow, lending, or construction, you will recognize this world immediately.

We offer a welcoming, relaxed office environment, friendly, team-oriented colleagues who support one another, plus a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office), competitive hourly pay, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, generous paid time off plus company holidays, a 401(k) with employer contribution, and real room to grow your career.

How You’ll Make an Impact

· Own collections for a portfolio of our most complex accounts: closing-tied receivables, escalations, and trouble accounts.

· Track deal and closing status, coordinate with title, escrow, and client contacts, and time follow-up to closing events rather than calendar dates.

· Keep collection status and next steps documented and current on every account; teams across the company rely on accurate, up-to-date status notes.

· Recommend third-party agency placement where warranted and track placed accounts: status, fees, and expected recovery against face value.

· Drive department process projects end to end, from scoping through a documented, operationalized process.

· Contribute to and sharpen AR reporting (aging, DSO, coverage) in partnership with the AR Manager.

· Work inside our AI operating model: every recurring process is documented and run through Claude, and you review, approve, escalate, and own the output.

Qualifications

· Full-cycle B2B accounts receivable and collections experience: 7+ years, or 5+ years when it includes a closings-driven industry background as described below; lead, senior, or supervisory experience strongly preferred.

· Strongly preferred: experience in commercial real estate, CRE lending or due diligence, title or escrow, construction, or another industry where receivables are tied to transaction closings or project milestones. Candidates who can clearly explain where collection leverage lives in a professional services business will stand out.

· A builder of systems: trackers, cadences, and reporting you designed and ran yourself, not just a queue you worked.

· Concise, structured written and verbal communication; this seat carries heavy client, title, and escrow coordination.

· A relationship-preserving collections style; our clients are repeat relationships and tone matters.

· Comfort being accountable for AI-assisted output; hands-on experience with Claude or similar tools is a plus.

· Advanced Excel and strong reporting instincts; quick on new systems, with QuickBooks Online, HubSpot, or Salesforce exposure a plus.

· High School diploma required, AA or BA/BS preferred.

Why This Role

· A department mid-transformation with a real roadmap, separating judgment work from mechanical work, and you join on the judgment side.

· Real scope: a multimillion-dollar book of closing-tied receivables with escalation ownership.

· Work in one of the most AI-forward finance functions in the region and build skills most AR professionals will not touch for years.

· Direct exposure to the Controller and CFO in a growth-stage company.

· Hybrid schedule with a local Gold River office.
