SUMMARY

As a Senior Advanced Delivery Architect (ADA) within Wiz’s Advanced Services organization, you will be at the center of helping customers achieve implementation objectives to accelerate the adoption of the Wiz platform and maximize their time to value.. You will deliver project-based services that guide customers through onboarding, deployment, customizations, and adoption, while advising on people, process, and technology adjustments required to achieve their desired cloud security outcomes.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, bringing both technical expertise and consulting skills to drive results. Within Wiz, you’ll contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by experimenting with new delivery techniques, codifying best practices, and sharing knowledge across the immediate and cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and deliver Wiz Advanced Services engagements as a designated technical expert, driving targeted outcomes that accelerate adoption and ROI.
  • Advise customers on cloud security operational best practices and how to secure their cloud deployments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them make the technical and process decisions aligned with identified business drivers, even when requiring larger organizational transformation.
  • Provide clear guidance on how Wiz integrates into a customer’s broader security architecture and lead solutioning exercises to drive end-to-end operational gains.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in two or more of the following areas:
    • Migrations & Integration
    • Advanced Deployments
    • CSPM (Wiz Cloud)
    • SDLC (Wiz Code)
    • Threat Detection & Response (Wiz Defend)
  • Identify and communicate technical adoption risks within project delivery, collaborating with Delivery Managers and PMO as needed.
  • Capture and share delivery insights and reusable assets to strengthen our collective practice.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical and functional knowledge of Wiz products and services, and adjacent technologies, continuously sharpening your expertise.
  • Provide product feedback to Wiz Product teams on feature requests, gaps, or bugs surfaced through customer engagements.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or similar).
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Cloud architecture or engineering
    • Security architecture or engineering
    • Post-sales implementation or service delivery
  • Hands-on knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP), including experience securing, administering, or architecting workloads.
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, or Helm).
  • Expertise with containers and Kubernetes administration or architecture.
  • Scripting/automation experience (Python, Bash, Rego, PowerShell, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of modern software delivery practices, including SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps tooling.
  • Cloud security expertise across areas such as CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, CNAPP, and vulnerability management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Proven consulting skills:
    • Managing and balancing customer expectations
    • Leading technical outcomes to project completion
    • Navigating ambiguity and guiding customers toward best practices
  • Organizational and time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Ability to lead and participate within internal initiatives to drive continuous organizational improvement. Experienced in driving peer-to-peer collaboration to further team development.

Compensation 

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. 

This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation. 

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. 

US Base Pay Range
$234,000$261,000 USD
