Summary
The AI Partner Operations Senior Manager is a core contributor to the partner facing AI programs that support revenue growth, delivery quality, and delivery capacity for OneStream’s SensibleAI solutions. Reporting to the Director, AI Partner Operations, this role holds accountability for translating AI partner strategy into measurable learning journeys, partner readiness experiences, and field-ready assets that supports scaling our AI partner ecosystem. This role serves as the connective tissues across Partner Alliances, Partner Success, AI Delivery, Product, Global Education Services, and Sales Enablement ensuring partners have the right training, tools, and guidance at the right time. The Senior Manager will drive continuous improvement, set the standards for partner time-to-readiness and delivery quality, and directly influence the scalability of OneStreams SensibleAI partner business.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
SensibleAI Enablement Program Execution
- Support execution of AI partner practice development through enablement, aligned to SensibleAI priorities and partner maturity models.
- Translate SensibleAI product updates, delivery standards, and best practices into partner-ready learning assets (guides, videos, assessments, playbooks), ensuring quality, consistency, and reusability.
- Lead cross-functional alignment with SMEs to capture and validate technical content and drive decisions on what “good” looks like for partner readiness.
Learning Platform Operations & Enablement Analytics
- Lead SensibleAI enablement experiences in the LMS, including course architecture, publishing standards, role/group structures, assignments.
- Own reporting and KPIs (adoption, completion, progress, time-to-readiness), independently translate data into program improvements.
- Drive resolution of partner LMS issues; coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Influence cross-functional collaboration to build a consistent, high quality professional partner AI experience.
Scale Authorization & AI Partner Readiness Governance
- Operationalize AI partner authorization processes and communications, serving as the primary operational owner alongside the Dir, AI Partner Ops. Establish repeatable frameworks and scalable communication cadences.
- Collaborate with AI Delivery teams, Forward Deployment Engineers, Strategic Alliances and Partner Success to identify enablement gaps, mitigate readiness risks, and support escalation paths for priority partners.
- Enhance the partner learning experience by systematically implementing feedback mechanisms, having a bias for action, and utilizing data-driven measurement strategies.
Required Education and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, data-driven platforms, or software project implementation, with demonstrated progression into ownership or advisory roles.
- 4+ yrs experience leading partner ecosystem (GSIs, consulting firms, resellers) enablement at scale across regions or partner tiers.
- Skilled and confident in presenting to external audiences.
- Strong operational and project management skills, including managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience establishing enablement governance standards.
- Instructional design, experience building and maintaining learning content (written and/or multimedia) for technical or semi-technical audiences.
- LMS best practices (course publishing, reporting/analytics, user troubleshooting, integrations, and learning operations.)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Customer/Partner-first mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts and apply them to modern business.
- High Familiarity with AI/analytics products, delivery concepts, and enablement for technical services teams.
- Comfort working with technical & functional stakeholders.
Travel
- Some travel is required and a willingness to travel up to 10% of work time will be required.
