What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 4M+ endpoints and 7M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

As our Alliance Enablement Program Manager, you will lead the design, execution, and continuous evolution of enablement programs supporting Huntress’ strategic alliance with Microsoft, with a primary focus on Microsoft Marketplace.

This role exists to translate alliance strategy into structured, scalable enablement that equips both internal Huntress teams and external ecosystem partners to effectively position, transact, and grow through Marketplace. You will work closely with the Head of Alliances to operationalize alliance priorities into training programs, enablement journeys, and repeatable resources that support AEs, CAMs, SDRs, and partner teams engaging in Marketplace motions.

You will build the infrastructure for alliance enablement including onboarding paths, product positioning materials, Marketplace transaction education, and cross-functional workflows, while maintaining the flexibility to deliver live internal and external training when needed.

In addition to Microsoft Marketplace enablement, you will support ad hoc alliance-driven initiatives (e.g., cybersecurity insurance partnerships) through focused, sprint-based enablement programs that ensure fast alignment across the organization.

This is a highly cross-functional, high-visibility role requiring deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, strong program management skills, and the ability to operate across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a scalable Microsoft Alliance & Marketplace Enablement Program aligned to the strategic direction set by the Head of Alliances.
  • Develop structured internal enablement for SDRs, AEs, CAMs, PSMs, and relevant technical roles to ensure clear understanding of the Microsoft Alliance, Azure Marketplace motions, rules of engagement, co-sell strategy, and transaction workflows.
  • Build repeatable external-facing enablement journeys and materials that can be delivered by Microsoft sellers, reseller teams, or Huntress alliance leadership to educate the ecosystem on how Huntress operates within Marketplace.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Alliances, PMM, RevOps, Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Channel teams to ensure alignment between Marketplace strategy, product messaging, operational processes, and seller execution.
  • Deliver live enablement sessions internally and externally when required, supporting a “divide and conquer” execution model with the Head of Alliances.
  • Monitor enablement adoption, feedback, and impact, iterating on programs to improve Marketplace transaction readiness and revenue performance.
  • Support secondary alliance-driven initiatives (e.g., cybersecurity insurance partnerships) through sprint-based enablement design and periodic program refreshes.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, alliance enablement, channel enablement, or related GTM roles within SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft alliances and/or Microsoft Marketplace, including familiarity with co-sell motions, Marketplace transactions, and Microsoft partner ecosystem dynamics.
  • Strong understanding of how distributors, resellers, MSPs, and alliance partners operate within the broader SaaS and cybersecurity ecosystem.
  • Experience designing and delivering scalable enablement programs, including structured onboarding journeys and externally consumable materials.
  • Ability to facilitate live training sessions confidently for both internal sellers and external partner audiences.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across Alliances, PMM, RevOps, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
  • Strong program and project management capabilities, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and execute against strategic direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written communication skills and ability to translate complex alliance models into practical, actionable guidance.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving alliance environments and building structure where it does not yet exist.

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees
  • One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
  • Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
  • $75 USD/month digital reimbursement
  • Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta

  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
