At Luminize, we help brands win. As a top-5 Amazon seller in the US by volume, we're looking for top performers to grow with us.

We're shaping brand stories, driving scalable growth, and setting new standards for performance on the world's biggest retail platform. We're looking for a Senior Amazon Copywriter to write and lead persuasive, SEO-driven, conversion-focused content across Amazon Product Detail Pages (PDPs), A+ Content, Brand Stores, Brand Stories, and image carousels. In this role, you'll own complex, high-priority brands, act as a go-to expert on Amazon copywriting and SEO, and help develop the copywriters around you.

If you want your next move to mean more (more ownership, more growth, more impact), we'd love to meet you!

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

  • Write and lead persuasive, SEO-rich, conversion-focused copy for Amazon titles, bullet points, product descriptions, image carousels, A+ Content, Brand Stories, and Brand Stores
  • Own complex, high-priority brands and projects, matching each brand's voice and tone within Amazon's content guidelines
  • Partner with the Data Analytics, Market Insights, and Advertising teams on keyword research, search and performance insights, and Amazon SEO strategy
  • Make strategic recommendations on content hierarchy, messaging, brand voice, and conversion opportunities
  • Audit and optimize product listings for accuracy, keywords, and performance
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers, Content Managers, and Graphic Designers to manage projects and shape content strategy, using Asana to track requests, timelines, and quality control
  • Stay current on Amazon ranking algorithms, Seller Central and Vendor Central policies, style guides, category requirements, and compliance standards
  • Mentor and coach other copywriters, review team work for quality, and help build copywriting standards, templates, and SOPs

✅ What You Bring

  • 4+ years of copywriting experience, including 2+ years in Amazon or eCommerce copywriting
  • Advanced expertise in conversion copywriting, eCommerce, and Amazon SEO
  • Strong understanding of visual content strategy and messaging hierarchy across A+ Content, image carousels, Brand Stories, and Brand Stores
  • A portfolio or writing samples of eCommerce copy, ideally Amazon PDPs, A+ Content, or Brand Stores (please include a link or attachment with your application)
  • Experience giving constructive feedback and mentoring other writers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail
  • Advanced organizational skills and a track record of managing multiple deadlines across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Asana or similar tools
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Ergonomic standing desks and premium workstations
  • Fully stocked kitchen with snacks and espresso
  • Monthly all-company lunches to celebrate wins and stay connected
  • A team lounge with a pool table and games for when you need a break
  • A bright, modern, collaborative space designed for focus and connection

🎁 Benefits & Perks

You do great work here, and we want to take care of you outside of it, too.

Where you land in the range depends on how well your experience, portfolio, and skills align with the role. We compensate based on value and impact, not just years on paper, and we're happy to talk openly about it throughout the process.
