We are looking for an AV Strategy & Growth Analyst to help shape the financial and strategic direction of our AV/ADAS initiatives. In this role, you will act as a key liaison across multiple functions, delivering financial insights that support long-term planning, budgeting, and growth strategies for today's Super Cruise and future AV programs.
We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven individuals with strong analytical and technical skills to execute strategic initiatives for the S&S organization. This position will drive corporate profitability while collaborating with global cross-functional teams, including S&S, Product Development, SSM, and Engineering.

We are looking for highly motivated, results-driven individuals with strong analytical and technical skills to execute strategic initiatives for the S&S organization. This position will drive corporate profitability while collaborating with global cross-functional teams, including S&S, Product Development, SSM, and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop and utilize financial modeling techniques to evaluate future growth strategies of the AV/ADAS business
- Establish CY budget and lead LTP activities to align S&S Product Finance with the growth plans of key AV/ADAS projects in alignment with OnStar P&L
- Serve as the primary liaison for financial impact to AV growth strategy across SSM, GPSC, GMNA, OnStar, Product teams, and key stakeholders.
- Execute all the primary functions of Corporate Finance - modeling, analyzing, advising, presenting, and deciding
- Present insights and well thought out recommendations, including key issues for action / decision to leaders in Software & Services
- Execute special projects and analyses as required
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills/ Fundamental knowledge of corporate finance
- 5+ years of finance experience as an analyst
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
- High business acumen and strategic thinking
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to organize and plan effectively, in ambiguous and continually changing environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile, action oriented, decision-making environment
- Must be able to anticipate risks associated with projects/tasks and have a plan to handle if encountered in highly visible environments
