SailPoint is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join the Partner Delivery Enablement team, with a strong focus on developing high-impact enablement content creation and fostering a culture of best practice sharing across our global partner ecosystem. As SailPoint continues to lead the pace of SaaS innovation in identity security, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring our partners are equipped to deliver world-class quality of service throughout the project delivery lifecycle.

The Senior Analyst acts as a bridge between internal delivery teams and external partners, working closely with Partner Delivery Managers, Professional Services, and Enablement stakeholders to create, manage and continuously improve partner-facing delivery content. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who enjoys translating complex business and/or technical processes into clear, actionable guidance and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner Delivery Enablement Program Support

  • Assist in designing and executing delivery enablement programs for SailPoint’s delivery partners, GSIs and MSPs aligned with business goals

  • Support the Partner Delivery Managers to ensure partners have access to training and certification materials and delivery enablement resources to drive successful implementations

Content Development

  • Own the creation of high-quality, partner-facing deliverables (best practice guides, project delivery playbooks, delivery enablement presentations).

  • Collaborate with the Professional Services (PS) team to translate internal technical documentation, methodologies, and "lessons learned" into clear, consumable, and actionable guidance for a global partner audience.

  • Capture delivery insights from active partner projects and convert them into reusable knowledge assets that improve partner delivery outcomes.

Content Management

  • Own the governance, organization and lifecycle of Partner Delivery Enablement content across digital platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and ease of use.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact within the Partner Delivery Enablement team for content standards, versioning and ongoing maintenance of enablement assets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Partner Delivery Managers (PDMs) and Professional Services to identify content gaps, emerging needs and opportunities to improve partner delivery success.

  • Support day-to-day enablement activities by delivering timely, relevant content aligned to product updates and SailPoint delivery standards.

  • Coordinate workshops, webinars, and partner training sessions

Research & Continuous Improvement: 

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and improvement opportunities

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to enhance enablement processes and elevate the partner delivery experience in line with industry best practices

Knowledge Sharing:

Desired Profile:
  • Ownership and Initiative: Proven ability to take ownership of deliverables and drive them to high-quality completion independently

  • Consulting Experience: Prior experience in consulting, ideally within cybersecurity, identity security, or software development/implementation environments, is highly preferred. SailPoint experience is a plus.

  • Partner-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand the priorities and challenges of delivery partners and tailor content for practical use across a range of delivery roles (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers).

  • Content Expertise: Demonstrated experience creating, managing and maintaining enablement, technical or operational content.

  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize technical information for a diverse audience.

  • Analytical & Organized: Comfortable structuring information, identifying gaps and improving processes through thoughtful content design and innovative solutions.   

  • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who thrives on idea generation and cross-functional collaboration and is confident driving projects forward independently.

  • Flexibility and Growth Mindset: A versatile professional who thrives in dynamic environments, willing to adapt to evolving priorities, step outside their comfort zone, learn new skills or technologies, and take on additional responsibilities to deliver what is needed

 

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years prior experience in strategy, consulting or an enablement role with exposure on cybersecurity, identity security, SaaS or SDLC environments

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and experience with business tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce is preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to comprehensively and clearly present strategic issues and solutions to internal teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an aptitude to understand complex business processes and technical content

Benefits and Compensation listed vary based on the location of your employment and the nature of your employment with SailPoint.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):

$58,200 - $98,176.00

Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
