About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Analyst to join the People Team to support the continued growth of our organization. Our People Team advises on, designs, and implements the strategies, systems and processes that attract, develop, recognize, and reward the people of Jordan Park. Reporting to the Head of Talent, this individual will partner closely with stakeholders across the firm to provide project management, workforce analytics, program development support, and operational execution in support of key People Team priorities.

Initially, this role will focus primarily on project management, talent programs, workforce analytics, and execution of key People Team priorities. Over time, the role is expected to evolve into broader business partner and organizational support responsibilities as the individual develops within the firm.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support the People Team in driving strategic priorities, special projects, and operational efficiency
  • Provide critical project management support to People Team colleagues across ongoing talent and business partner programs and deliverables
  • Assist with the design, development, and implementation of various talent management processes & programs including talent development, employee engagement, inclusive leadership practices, performance management, leadership pipeline and development
  • Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across the organization and provide thoughtful support on people-related topics
  • Act as a “Cultural Ambassador” for the firm, ensuring that our values are reflected in our policies, programs, and business
  • Support workforce reporting, talent analytics and employee engagement insights to inform decision-making

About You

  • Have a bachelor’s degree
  • Have 2+ years of HR experience; business partner/generalist experience preferred
  • Have an analytical and strategic mindset
  • Are skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bring strong interpersonal and communication skills and a diplomatic communication style; can communicate effectively (written and verbal) with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Operate with a sense of urgency, while being flexible with ambiguity and unknowns
  • Have meticulous organizational skills and an ability to switch gears and focus on what is a priority
  • Genuinely like helping others
  • Love taking on challenges and finding creative solutions
  • Are highly detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Are an innovative thinker and intellectually curious
  • Enjoy improving processes, building scalable programs, and contributing to the continued evolution of the organization
  • Have a strong work ethic and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Do not get flustered easily; if you do not know the answer, you will dig until you find it
  • Are discreet in handling sensitive and confidential information

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks.  We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.

The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, CA will range from $80,000 - $100,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
