ABOUT THIS ROLE
Maximize Aero’s profitability by optimizing aircraft deployment, pricing, and revenue management. This role is crucial for ensuring optimal load factor and yield on every flight, leveraging demand forecasting and contributing analytical insights to strategic network decisions and future commercial strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Revenue Optimization:
  • Manage daily seat inventory across fare classes to maximize flight-level revenue.
  • Monitor competitive pricing and adjust market positioning to protect margins.
  • Identify and implement tactical strategies for underperforming flights.
  • Manage group requests

  • Forecasting & Analysis:
  • Develop and apply demand forecasting models using historical booking data, seasonality, and market trends.
  • Lead internal ad-hoc analysis to provide data-driven recommendations for commercial initiatives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to align promotional activities with capacity.
  • Provide commercial and market insights to support route planning.
  • Support BD with special fares

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science) with 2-4 years in a revenue management role. New graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Must be proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced formulas).
  • Direct experience with revenue management systems, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Experience with airline scheduling systems (Oasis, Zulu, Sabre, etc.) is a plus.
