Join Anderson Global’s Strategy & Operations team as a Senior Analyst / Senior Associate, where you will play a key role in supporting and advancing strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to high-impact projects, and help drive organizational progress through a Project Management Office (PMO) approach. You will gain exposure to a dynamic, international business environment and help shape the company’s direction while developing your strategic and operational expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with Anderson Global’s business objectives.
- Contribute to the PMO by coordinating and tracking project progress, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Strategy & Operations, executive leadership, and private equity sponsors on high-impact initiatives.
- Partner with teams across regions to streamline operations, identify growth opportunities, and drive cross-functional improvements.
- Conduct data analyses and deliver actionable recommendations to senior executives.
- Assist in building and maintaining reporting frameworks to track performance metrics and ensure accountability for strategic initiatives.
- Help document and optimize operational processes and target operating models for efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Prepare materials for executive decision-making and facilitate management meetings as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and delivering insights.
- Exposure to developing and implementing strategic initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in documenting and optimizing business processes.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across global teams.
