Are you passionate about answering business questions in data, translating data results to business strategies, and driving serious change? If so, this role is for you. As an Analytics Business Partner on our Team, you will partner with business leaders, understand their challenges, find answers in the data, and collaborate on driving our business to the next level.
Your future team:

We're direct and demand excellence, but there's laughter in every meeting because we thoroughly enjoy the work we do and the impact it has. We're constantly learning new things.

Some examples of what you'lll do:
  • Develop strategic partnerships in important business domains
  • Influence and inform business strategies and execution
  • Collaborate with leaders to set organization goals and track performance
  • Identify challenges and growth opportunities
  • Conduct insightful analyses on major trends
  • Define, track, and diagnose priority business viability metrics
  • Forecast business growth and staffing needs
  • Evaluate business viability impact to inform strategic decisions

On your first day you'll be able to:
  • Have a B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Operations Research, Finance) or equivalent experience
  • Have had 5+ years experience in an analysis role or a business role working with analysts
  • Create and implement Workforce Planning initiatives
  • Think critically
  • Understand how to find trends from data and lead business recommendations
  • Utilize analytical tools like SQL, Excel (including writing advanced macros)

It would be great, but not required if you have:
  • A Masters degree
  • Experience in forecasting
  • Experience with analytics tools like Tableau, Python, R
  • Experience working with operational groups to gather requirements
  • Experience influencing and facilitating organizational changes, priority changes, or other complex change management
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience with Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with service organizations and the metrics used to guide them

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
