  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

  • Improve reporting accuracy, automation, and reliability while reducing manual processes and spreadsheet-driven work.

  • Support operational analytics related to inventory, material shortages, production planning, work-in-process, purchasing, and supply chain performance.

  • Investigate data quality issues, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure reporting aligns with business processes and source system data.

  • Document data definitions, business rules, calculations, and reporting processes to support long-term sustainability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ERP modernization, analytics initiatives, and digital transformation projects.

  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency and decision-making.

  • Serve as a trusted resource for both technical and non-technical stakeholders by helping users understand and apply data insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Strong experience developing complex SQL queries, data models, stored procedures, and data integration solutions.

  • Experience working with ERP data in a manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environment.

  • Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and deliver practical solutions.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Experience designing scalable, maintainable reporting and analytics solutions.

  • Experience with manufacturing ERP systems such as Infor XA or similar platforms is preferred.
