The summary above was generated by AI

At Inflection AI, our public benefit mission is to harness the power of AI to improve human well-being and productivity.

The next era of AI will be defined by agents we trust to act on our behalf.

We’re pioneering this future with human-centered AI models that unite emotional intelligence (EQ) and raw intelligence (IQ)—transforming interactions from transactional to relational, to create enduring value for individuals and enterprises alike.

Our work comes to life in two ways today:

Pi, your personal AI, designed to be a kind and supportive companion that elevates everyday life with practical assistance and perspectives.

Platform — large-language models (LLMs) and APIs that enable builders, agents, and enterprises to bring Pi-class emotional intelligence into experiences where empathy and human understanding matter most.

We are building toward a future of AI agents that earn trust, deepen understanding, and create aligned, long-term value for all.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Android Engineers to join us in our mission of delivering the best possible app experiences to our users.

Your passion, insight, creativity, and relentless focus on the user experience will be at home in a team responsible for the design and implementation of new features – and we’re eager for you to help us shape our decisions in the technologies, patterns, and processes we use as a team.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and build feature-rich Android applications
  • Lead and execute delivery of full-stack Android features and projects from concept through production
  • Own application reliability, stability, and quality
  • Collaborate with and mentor other Android engineers to improve team velocity, technical quality, and engineering best practices
  • Research and adopt tooling improvements to accelerate safe and predictable feature delivery
  • Partner cross-functionally with teammates in product, design, sales, and support to align technical solutions and engineering practices with business goals
What We’re Looking For
  • An innovation-focused startup mindset coupled with a pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Strong expertise in modern Android application development using Kotlin and Compose
  • Hands-on experience with modern Android architecture components
  • Proven ability to independently design, build, and ship production Android applications across varying team sizes and company sizes and product stages
  • Experience improving application performance, stability, and reliability in production environments
  • Background in security-focused application development is a plus
  • Keen eye and attention to details
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field to the offered position requirements.
