About the roleIT Engineering (ITE) at Phantom is responsible for how the company actually runs.
Everything from onboarding flows to access control to internal tooling — if it touches employees, devices, or company operations, we either own it or improve it. Increasingly, that also means using AI to remove entire categories of manual work.
This role is for someone who wants to treat internal infrastructure like a product: designed, built, and continuously improved.
What you’ll work onBuild internal tools that automate how Phantom operates day-to-day
Use AI/LLMs to replace repetitive workflows across teams
Own identity and access systems (provisioning, permissions, lifecycle)

Integrate and extend our SaaS stack so systems actually talk to each other
Partner with security to make systems both safe and usable
Take full ownership of what you build — from design to long-term maintenance

You’re comfortable stitching together APIs, tools, and infrastructure into something cohesive
You think in systems, not tickets
You’re pragmatic; you ship quickly, but you don’t leave messes behind

You write things down so other people can understand and build on your work
